Autumn Fairs

I’m excited to be taking part in two events this Autumn. As an online shop it is a great opportunity to meet with customers and chat all things vintage. I love helping help people select a fabric for their pattern or if they love a piece of fabric we chat about what to create with it. Last time lots of  you came and showed me what you made with your vintage fabric, which is lovely to see.

It is great to be back with Pop Up Vintage fairs as it is where I started my vintage journey 7 years ago this month. My business has evolved to specialising in fabrics rather than fashion but I do have the odd piece of vintage fashion to bring along too. The Business Design Centre in Islington is a new location for Pop Up Vintage but I was there in Feb 2020 for the Stitch Festival and had a fun time. Tickets are £5 each.

52 UPPER STREET, THE ANGEL, LONDON N1 0QH

Opens 11.00-5.00pm (Trade Buyers 10.30am-11am)

Next Month I’m back at the Knitting & Stitching Show at Ally Pally. A change of position for me, I’m going to be in the Textile Gallery. My stand has changed slightly to previously advertised. Find me at TGQ23. I’m along the corridor on the way the main hall.

Alexandra Palace Way, Wood Green, London, N22 7AY

Thursday 7th to Sunday 10th October (times are restricted to allow for social distancing, choose a morning or afternoon ticket. At previous shows the afternoons were less busy)

Unit 203, Craft Central, 397-411 Westferry Road, London, E14 3AE
It is a sewists dream to have a place to sew, everything in one place, be free to make a mess and not have to tidy up until the project is finished. I’m very excited to fulfil this dream with my new studio in London’s Docklands. It is tiny and a bit messy but somewhere I can sew, photograph vintage fabrics for my website and pack orders. Part of Craft Central, I’m surrounded by friendly creatives and a changing gallery space. I have some of my stock on display and lots more in storage. Please get in touch if you would like to visit. Let me know what you are looking for and I’ll make sure there is plenty of fabrics to choose from. I’ll tidy up and put the kettle on! Or come along to the Winter Market on 20 and 21st November, closest station is Island Gardens on the DLR.
